Saffie's Neighborhood Bakery is a family owned and operated bakery based in Southern New Hampshire. We bake seven days a week and only use the best quality ingredients in our products. We specialize in Whoopie Pies, Cookies, and Gourmet Fruit Breads.

Saffie's Neighborhood Bakery was started in mid 2007 by Kathryn Saffie and her son Michael. Kathryn has extended experience in the culinary arts. She attended Southern Maine Tech, has been baking for friends and family for fourteen years, and worked in a major food distributor's bakery for four years before taking on the task of starting her own. Michael brings experience in the area of sales and business management. He managed a night club in Manchester, New Hampshire and was branch manager for a high-end sales office for three years.

The experience and professionalism brought to the table by Kathryn and Michael, as well as the help and support of friends and family, guarantee a quality product at a competitive price. Saffie's Neighborhood is dedicated everyday to bringing the taste, and the feeling of a traditional home bakery back to the neighborhood.
